• The tickets are neither taken again, neither exchanged, nor refunded, even in the event of loss or of roberry.

• In general, the accesses are closed at the raise of the curtain:
  • The spectacle starts precisely at the announced time.

  • The latecomers spectators cannot claim reserved places and are introduced into the place only during the interruption of the spectacle, according to accessibility.

• Cellphones must be shut off.
• In the event of cancellation, refundings will be closed three months after the concert envisaged date and will be practised on the basis of the ticket indicated price deducted of the amount of the rights of hiring. No refunding could be accepted after this time. It is necessary to check at the time of the purchase, the name, the date, the place and the hour of the spectacle as well as the price registered on the ticket. No complaint will be allowed thereafter.
