Water bottles of more than 50cl, glass and aluminum / metal water bottles, thermos, coolers, folding chairs, parasols, backpacks, suitcases, cameras, computers, tablets, video and sound recording systems, animals, spirits, knives or blades of any kind, cans, selfie sticks, glass bottles, aerosols, weapons, hydration bags, helmets, laser pointers, bags over 15 l., tripods, metal objects, glass objects... and any object considered to be potentially dangerous by our security agents.

You can bring your sandwich, or other food wrapped in its original packaging, to eat on site.

Small bottles of water (50cl) are also accepted without caps; but you can also enjoy the drinks sold as part of the Carcassonne Festival and at all the merchants in the city.

SLR and bridge type cameras are prohibited.
Our official photographer is in charge of taking beautiful souvenir shots to be found on our Facebook page, enjoy the show instead.

Telephones and small devices are tolerated.

In general, the doors open on average 1 hour before the start of the performance.

The performances of the Carcassonne Festival all take place outdoors.

If a show cannot take place due to unfavorable weather conditions, the cancellation is communicated as soon as possible on the official Festival website and social networks.
As the weather sometimes changes quickly, the final decision (in agreement with the artist and his production) is only made some time before the time of the performance.

Note that the Jean-Deschamps Theater stage is covered: cancellations are therefore very rare.

Yes. Be careful however, for the IN, from the start of the show the numbered seats will no longer be guaranteed.

  • OFF: yes, but you will have to go through the security checks again if you want to re-enter afterwards.
  • IN: yes, but any release is final.

As stipulated in the General Conditions of Sale, tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
