A press area at the heart of the Festival
The press area located in the partners' village, in the gardens of the Jean-Deschamps Theater is fully equipped (WIFI, digital, etc.) to welcome journalists in the best conditions. Located just a few meters from the stage, it offers working comfort to the journalists present to write their articles or record their voices live.

Requests for interviews before the Festival
Requests for interviews (phones & emails) are made using this interview request form.
To complete an article or report on the Carcassonne Festival, interviews by telephone or email can be set up with members of the Festival team and/or the artists on the bill.

This request does not constitute agreement, a confirmation must be sent to you. To receive the press in the best conditions, the Festival de Carcassonne is unfortunately unable to respond positively to all requests.
Photographers, freelancers and production agencies must imperatively be mandated by an editorial staff.
Access to the front of the stage may be limited by certain artists and the shots subject to contract. The restrictions set by the artists will be given before each start of the show. No badge will be sent, accreditations will be collected from the communication department of the City of Carcassonne, or on the evening of the show at the ticket office (opposite the Jean-Deschamps theatre).
Any request for video recording of Festival performances must be the subject of a prior request addressed to the communication department, at least fifteen days before the start of the Festival and will be subject to validation by the record companies and production companies of the artists concerned. . In view of the configuration of certain places and to allow the media to work in the best conditions, accreditations for video or photo recordings will be limited.
